Originally from Colombia, Sara May is a highly qualified and certified fitness instructor with a degree from the Colombian University PCJIC. Having been in the industry for many years now, Sara has a vast experience in leading Les Mills group exercises, Pilates, as well as Personal Training sessions for her clients.

Sara’s work ethics revolves around her philosophy of building and fostering a relationship with her client as well as constant communication to ensure that they reap the benefits of her training methodology.
